Tian'an (00028): the principal amount of the loan granted by the subsidiary to Xianghe Minghong increased to no more than 960 million yuan

Tian'an (00028) and United Group (00373) jointly announced that on April 4, 2022, Tian'an subsidiaries Yingwei (Shenzhen), Xianghe Minghong and Shenzhen Chenkang (a joint venture in which Tian'an indirectly owns 50% equity) entered into the fourth supplementary shareholder loan agreement, and the principal amount of shareholder loan granted by Yingwei (Shenzhen) to Xianghe Minghong will increase from no more than 850 million yuan to no more than 960 million yuan; The term of the shareholder loan will be extended so that the repayment date will be extended to May 31, 2025; And Shenzhen Chenkang will provide the share pledge of all rights and interests of Xianghe Chenkang with Yingwei (Shenzhen) as the beneficiary as the collateral for the shareholder's loan.
