Jinshan energy (00663) announced that on April 4, 2022, Zhuhai Jinwei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a joint venture agreement with Yipai hydrogen energy technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. the contracting parties agreed to establish a joint venture to engage in (including) the research and development of hydrogen fuel cells and key components in Inner Mongolia Eerduosi Resources Co.Ltd(600295) City, Mongolia, China; R & D, production and sales of hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck; Operation of hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck; And hydrogenation station operation.
Zhuhai Jinwei and Yipai hydrogen energy will each contribute 50 million yuan to the joint venture, each holding 50% equity of the joint venture. After the establishment of the joint venture, the joint venture will be 50% owned by Zhuhai Jinwei and 50% owned by Yipai hydrogen energy respectively.
It is reported that Yipai hydrogen energy is mainly engaged in providing technical services, technical development, technical consultation, technical exchange, technology transfer and technology promotion in the field of hydrogen energy science and technology. On December 15, 2021, enerstar signed an agreement with the people’s Government of Inner Mongolia Eerduosi Resources Co.Ltd(600295) Dongsheng District of Mongolia, China and Inner Mongolia Eerduosi Resources Co.Ltd(600295) equipment manufacturing industrial park on the “hydrogen energy science and innovation industrial chain Inner Mongolia Eerduosi Resources Co.Ltd(600295) project”.
The board of Directors believes that the establishment of the joint venture, taking advantage of the rich experience and expertise of Yipai hydrogen energy in the fields of fuel cell integration, battery system development and control system research / application, marks the group’s strategic action to further develop and expand energy storage business and identify new environmental protection energy projects.
