Gansu Yasheng Industrial (Group) Co.Ltd(600108) announced that the company plans to apply to Bank Of China Limited(601988) inter market dealers association for registration and issue medium-term notes with a total scale of no more than 1.2 billion yuan to raise funds to supplement the company’s working capital and repay interest bearing liabilities.
