Sichuan Development Lomon Co.Ltd(002312) announced that the Sichuan capital market relief and development securities investment fund partnership (limited partnership) managed by Sichuan development Securities Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., the concerted action of Sichuan Advanced Materials Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, plans to increase the shares of the company through centralized bidding, with an increase amount of no less than 200 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan, which will be completed within 6 months from the date of announcement.
