The monthly sales volume was 579.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 52.6%, and the sales area was 36.37 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 57.2%, an increase of 6.1 and 14.6 percentage points compared with February. Affected by this, the cumulative decline in sales and sales area of the top 100 real estate enterprises in the first quarter expanded to 47.1% and 49.1%.
