Announcement on the completion of the change of the board of supervisors of the company

China Tungsten And Hightech Materials Co.Ltd(000657) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 on March 31, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on electing shareholders’ representative supervisors of the 10th board of supervisors of the company. The replacement of the board of supervisors of the company has been completed. The details are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Composition of the 10th board of supervisors of the company
1. Shareholder representative supervisors: Mr. Yan Jiayou, Mr. Xu Jiafu and Mr. Wu Lixian
2. Employee representative supervisors: Mr. Wang Hao, Mr. Zheng Chengxuan
The 10th board of supervisors of the company is composed of the above five supervisors, including three shareholder representative supervisors and two employee representative supervisors. The term of office is three years from the date of deliberation and approval of the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 (i.e. March 31, 2022). The number of employee representative supervisors on the board of supervisors of the company shall not be less than one-third of the total number of supervisors of the company, meeting the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. 2、 Resignation of some supervisors upon expiration of their term of office
After the completion of this term change, Mr. Wen Jianyuan and Mr. Liu Yi, the shareholder representative supervisors of the ninth board of supervisors of the company, and Mr. He Hongsen and Mr. He guangchuang, the employee representative supervisors, will no longer serve as the supervisor of the company at the expiration of their terms of office. The company and the board of supervisors express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wen Jianyuan, Mr. He Hongsen, Mr. Liu Yi and Mr. He guangchuang for their diligence and contribution to the development of the company.
