1. The company does not provide guarantees for controlling shareholders, actual controllers and their related parties.
2. By the end of 2021, the company’s external guarantees totaled 7.280 billion yuan, which were provided for subsidiaries (including joint ventures) of the company. The total amount of corporate guarantee accounts for 111.52% of the company’s net assets attributable to the parent company.
We believe that the above guarantee has been deliberated by the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders of the company, and the company has fulfilled the obligation of information disclosure accordingly. The internal decision-making procedures of the company comply with laws and regulations, normative documents and relevant provisions of the articles of association. The above guarantee provided by the company is necessary for the normal operation of the company, the guarantee risk is small, will not have a significant impact on the financial situation of the company, and will not damage the interests of the company and its shareholders.
