In the 1970s, in order to solve the problem of ice and flood control in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the state approved the construction of the South widening project of the Yellow River. Since 2013, Dongying City has carried out housing demolition and transformation in 66 Fangtai villages and built new rural communities. The villagers of the original 11 Fangtai villages moved into the new buildings, unified water, electricity, gas and heating, and hired a special property company to provide services. In recent years, the community infrastructure has been gradually improved. New roads have been built and school buses and buses have been opened. It is convenient for villagers to work and their pockets have been bulging.

He returned to his hometown a few years ago and took over his own tea garden. Due to the lack of traditional agricultural experience, it was a headache at the beginning. In 2018, Yucheng District built a multi-level social service system to help tea farmers solve their problems through “trusteeship” of tea gardens, and Jiang Feng signed up.
“The trusteeship fee for one mu of tea garden is only a few hundred yuan a year. I am only responsible for spring tea picking, and the subsequent summer and autumn picking, tea garden management and sales are all completed by socialized services.
”Jiang Feng said that after trusteeship, the average income per mu of tea garden increased by more than 1500 yuan.
“This digital tea garden management platform is one of the pilot projects of digital agriculture in Yucheng District.
