Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors is about to expire. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, the board of supervisors of the company will conduct a general election. The general election of the board of supervisors is hereby announced as follows:
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the ninth board of supervisors of the company will be composed of three supervisors, including two shareholder representative supervisors and one employee representative supervisor. The company held the 34th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors on March 25, 2022, and deliberated and adopted the proposal on the general election of the board of supervisors. Li Lin and Li Xiao are now nominated by the company’s shareholders as candidates for shareholder supervisors of the ninth board of supervisors, and Cai Huawei’s employee representative supervisor of the ninth board of supervisors is elected by the company’s employee congress. The ninth board of supervisors will be composed of the above three persons. The resumes of shareholder supervisor candidates and employee representative supervisors are attached.
The term of office of the ninth board of supervisors of the company is three years from the date of deliberation and approval of the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders. The eighth board of supervisors of the company will continue to perform its duties until the new board of supervisors is elected by the general meeting of shareholders. The above-mentioned candidates for shareholder representative supervisors are not allowed to serve as supervisors of the company as stipulated in the company law and the articles of association, and there are no other circumstances that Shanghai stock exchange determines are not suitable to serve as supervisors of listed companies.
