There are usually two starting points for customers to buy professional lighting. One is to have high-quality products; Second, better and faster services. The value brought by the company to the needs of customers is as follows:

(1) Provide customers with energy-saving and environment-friendly lighting products, reduce business costs and improve environmental protection solutions.

(2) The company adopts the direct selling mode close to customers, and has more than 200 service centers and nearly 1000 marketing outlets of service departments across the country. In case of any problem, the company responds to the new and innovative needs of customers on call.

2. In the past few years, the number of sales personnel of the company has been relatively stable without a large expansion. What is the consideration? What is the future recruitment plan?
