During this period, if the labor contract expires, it shall be postponed to the expiration of the employee's medical treatment period, medical observation period, isolation period or the end of the emergency measures taken by the government.

The circular stressed that the wages and benefits of employees should be guaranteed according to law. For employees who cannot provide normal labor due to isolation according to law, enterprises should be guided to pay their wages according to normal labor; After the isolation period, the employees who still need to stop working for treatment shall be paid according to the relevant provisions of the medical period.
