Announcement on applying for bank credit line
The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
Foshan Haitian Flavouring And Food Company Ltd(603288) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on the company’s application for bank credit line at the 20th meeting of the Fourth Board of directors.
In order to meet the needs of operation and business development, reduce capital occupation and improve capital operation capacity, the company and its subsidiaries intend to apply for comprehensive credit lines from cooperative banks. After application, the total amount of comprehensive credit lines accumulated by the company shall not exceed RMB 1.2 billion. This credit line is not equal to the actual financing amount of the company. The specific financing amount will be determined according to the actual capital needs of the company’s production and operation.
The board of directors of the company authorizes the management to sign relevant legal documents within the above credit line on behalf of the company. The above bank comprehensive credit line is valid within 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors of the company. It can be recycled within the above line and period, and a single financing will not be reported to the board of directors for deliberation.
