The announcement pointed out that in the next 12 months, Shanghai Yunxin has no plan to increase its holdings of Newcapec Electronics Co.Ltd(300248) shares, and does not rule out the possibility of continuing to reduce Newcapec Electronics Co.Ltd(300248) shares.
