With the theme of “quality life of national fashion and domestic products”, focusing on the time nodes such as traditional festivals, important exhibitions and key activities, combined with the work arrangement of local consumption promotion, focusing on the products of Chinese time-honored brands and local time-honored brands, taking into account the products with local characteristics, Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co.Ltd(300959) synchronization, multi-party coordination and linkage, and continuously carrying out a series of activities throughout the year.
The notice pointed out that this event will organize exhibition activities. Give play to the role of pedestrian street platform as a carrier, guide shopping centers, shopping malls, supermarkets and e-commerce platforms to hold special activities such as centralized exhibition and sales of time-honored products, promote excellent national brands and create a quality consumption atmosphere. At the same time, carry out tasting and experience activities. In combination with traditional festivals and local folk festivals, organize time-honored enterprises to hold various tasting and experience activities, intensively display the traditional skills of time-honored brands, and guide consumers to understand the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
The notice stressed the need to strengthen publicity and promotion. Combined with the work arrangement of the whole year, focus on key time nodes, and carry out all-round publicity and enhance the influence of the activities by using traditional media such as television, radio, newspapers and new media platforms.
The notice requires that local competent commercial departments should carefully prepare and promote in an orderly manner, reasonably plan the time node and overall arrange the activity content in combination with the arrangement of local consumption promotion activities, avoid “swarm” gathering, and strive to “have activities every month and highlights every quarter”. We should carefully sort out and refine the highlights of the activities, summarize the results of the activities, and report the work to the Ministry of commerce at the end of each quarter.
Previously, the Ministry of Commerce jointly identified a number of national key activities. Local competent commercial departments can widely mobilize time-honored enterprises to participate voluntarily in combination with the actual situation, so as to avoid increasing the additional burden of enterprises. The organizers of key activities shall submit the summary to the Ministry of Commerce within 10 working days after the end of the activities, and the progress of the activities carried out continuously throughout the year shall be submitted at the end of each quarter.
In addition, the notice proposes to standardize the use of identification. In order to unify the image of the event, relevant event organizers and participants can use the logo of “time-honored Carnival” in accordance with the relevant requirements of the notice of the general office of the Ministry of Commerce on organizing and carrying out the activity of “time-honored Carnival” in 2021 (Shang ban circulating letter [2021] No. 132), and shall not abuse it.
At the same time, ensure safety and order. Local competent commercial departments and event organizers should make an overall plan for epidemic prevention and control and event organization, earnestly implement various epidemic prevention and production safety measures, earnestly do a good job in anti food waste, and ensure the stable and orderly development of various activities.
