In the past, drivers and passengers who use etc payment or mobile payment can issue ordinary electronic VAT invoices, but drivers and passengers who pay cash at toll stations can only print paper invoices with general machine invoices, which requires waiting for 2 to 3 seconds, which affects the traffic efficiency of vehicles in artificial lanes and self-service lanes to a certain extent.
After electronization, the electronic invoice can be issued through wechat applet. After paying the cash toll, the driver can choose whether to print the invoice. If the driver needs an invoice, it can be issued through wechat “scan” function.
According to the relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Jiaotou Beihuan expressway, Guangzhou Jiaotou Beihuan Expressway and Guangdong United Electronic Service Co., Ltd. jointly developed the electronic function of expressway toll invoice, and completed the pilot work in Guangzhou Shantou toll station, making it the first toll station in Guangdong Province to realize the full electronic toll invoice.
Next, Guangzhou Jiaotou North Ring Expressway will extend this function to the whole line on April 10.
It is estimated that after the high-speed toll invoice is fully electronic, each train can save 3 to 5 seconds, effectively reduce the time for issuing invoices and the printing number of paper invoices, and achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction while improving traffic efficiency.
If the driver and passengers lose the QR code voucher, they can draw the electronic invoice from the wechat insensible charging applet by virtue of the mobile payment order number. The process is simple and easy to operate. The driver and passengers no longer need to worry about how to save the paper invoice voucher, which provides more considerate services for the passengers of mobile payment, especially the passengers who need invoice reimbursement.
If the driver and passenger cannot scan the code to get the invoice by themselves, or need a paper invoice, the on-site staff can help the driver and passenger issue an electronic ticket and print the paper invoice by using the on-site equipment.
