According to the plan, target: by 2025, China's annual comprehensive energy production capacity will reach more than 4.6 billion tons of standard coal , the annual output of crude oil will rise and stabilize at 200 million tons, the annual output of natural gas will reach more than 230 billion cubic meters, the total installed capacity of power generation will reach about 3 billion kilowatts, the energy reserve system will be improved, and the independent energy supply capacity will be further enhanced. Actively promote the development and utilization of roof photovoltaic in industrial parks and economic development zones, and promote the integrated application of photovoltaic power generation and construction. Carry out hydrogen production demonstration of wind power and photovoltaic power generation. Encourage the construction of offshore wind power bases and promote the distribution of offshore wind power to Deep-water and far shore areas. The plan proposes to actively, safely and orderly develop nuclear power. Under the premise of stable and orderly layout of coastal nuclear power projects, we should actively promote the construction of nuclear power projects and maintain the safety of coastal nuclear power projects. Carry out comprehensive utilization demonstration of nuclear energy, actively promote advanced reactor type demonstration projects such as high-temperature gas cooled reactor, fast reactor, modular small reactor and offshore floating reactor, and promote the comprehensive utilization of nuclear energy in the fields of clean heating, industrial heating and seawater desalination. The plan proposes to take the power grid as the basic platform to enhance the ability of optimal allocation of power system resources, improve the intelligent level of the power grid, and promote the power grid to actively adapt to the development of large-scale centralized new energy and large-scale distributed energy. Increase efforts to plan and build a new energy supply and consumption system based on large-scale wind and solar power bases, supported by clean, efficient, advanced and energy-saving coal power around them, and supported by stable, safe and reliable UHV power transmission and transformation lines. Build an intelligent and efficient dispatching operation system, explore the joint dispatching mechanism of electric power, heat, natural gas and other energy sources, and promote coordinated operation.
