Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the practicing certificate and securities and futures business qualification, has the experience and ability to provide audit services for listed companies, can provide fair, fair and independent audit services for the company, and meet the requirements of the company’s audit work in 2022. The matters the company plans to change the accounting firm do not harm the interests of the company and all shareholders. We agree to submit the proposal on changing the accounting firm to the board of directors of the company for deliberation.
