Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering Company Ltd(002060) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) plans to issue shares to purchase 100% of the equity of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “transaction object” or “Construction Engineering Group”) held by Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Construction Engineering holding”) and raise supporting funds through non-public issuance of shares (hereinafter referred to as “this transaction”). Upon application to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the trading of the company’s shares will be suspended from March 8, 2022.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the guidelines on self discipline supervision of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 6 – suspension and resumption of trading, the names and holdings of the top ten shareholders and top ten circulating shareholders registered on the trading day before the suspension of Trading (March 7, 2022) are disclosed as follows:
