On March 17, Juneyao Airlines Co.Ltd(603885) issued an announcement on the pledge of the controlling shareholder’s shares. The controlling shareholder of the company, Shanghai Junyao (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Junyao group”), recently pledged part of the company’s tradable shares held by it to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co.Ltd(600000) Wenzhou Branch and Industrial Bank Co.Ltd(601166) Shanghai Branch Pudong branch. The number of Pledged Shares is 58.2 million, and the purpose of pledged financing funds is to provide performance guarantee for the debts of Junyao group.
According to the announcement, Junyao group holds about 1.021 billion shares of the company, accounting for 51.92% of the total shares of the company. Junyao group has pledged 387 million shares of the company (including this time), accounting for 37.87% of the shares of the company and 19.66% of the total shares of the company.
