Ningbo: new measures to promote high-quality economic development of live E-commerce

Recently, it was learned from Ningbo Municipal Bureau of commerce that in order to promote the high-quality development of live e-commerce economy, the implementation plan of Ningbo for promoting the high-quality development of live e-commerce economy was officially released.

The plan proposes to focus on supporting platform construction, cluster area construction, industrial chain building, characteristic model innovation, integrated production and marketing development and resource factor supply, strive to build a live e-commerce economic development system, and promote Ningbo to become one of the cities with the most development characteristics in the field of live e-commerce economy in China.

According to the plan, by 2023, Ningbo will introduce more than two live e-commerce platforms, operation centers or incubation centers, and cultivate more than three local small and medium-sized live e-commerce platforms. The city’s live e-commerce will drive online and offline transactions to reach 500 billion yuan, including 100 billion yuan of live e-commerce sales; By 2025, with the growth of relevant indicators, build a 100 billion scale live e-commerce economic core area and 10 10 billion scale characteristic live e-commerce economic linkage areas to form a centralized development pattern of core leading and regional linkage.

The plan puts forward 21 main tasks in six aspects, and further defines specific measures in building a live e-commerce economic agglomeration area, building a live e-commerce industrial ecology, building a “live + double cycle” hub area, building a “live + industry” leading area, building a live e-commerce economic standard development and exhibition area, and strengthening the supply of resource elements.

For example, in terms of building a “live + double circulation” hub area, Ningbo should promote the in-depth integrated development of live e-commerce economy and international trade, and the in-depth integrated development of economic and trade cooperation with Ningbo area of China (Zhejiang) pilot free trade zone and China Central and Eastern European countries; In terms of building a “live + industry” leading area, Ningbo should focus on building four live brands, namely “made in Ningbo”, “Ningbo International Consumer city”, “cultural Ningbo” and “Ningbo on the tip of the tongue”.

In addition, the plan requires to strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen policy support, strengthen implementation, strengthen statistical monitoring, strengthen atmosphere construction, take safeguard measures, and spare no effort to promote the high-quality development of live e-commerce economy.
