According to the legal service agreement signed between Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology Co.Ltd(002611) and the exchange, the exchange is entrusted to act as the special legal adviser of Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology Co.Ltd(002611) this spin off. In accordance with the securities law, the company law and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, the spin off rules, the measures for the administration of securities legal business of law firms, the rules for the practice of securities legal business of law firms (for Trial Implementation) and other relevant laws, regulations and normative documents issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and other relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, This legal opinion is issued in accordance with the business standards, ethics and the spirit of diligence recognized by the lawyer industry.
