On March 14, 2022, the company signed the termination agreement of share subscription agreement with Qu Raymond Ming (Qu Yaming). At the same time, the company disclosed that it plans to sign the capital increase agreement with other 16 investors and increase the capital to the company’s affiliated enterprise original energy biology, Canature Health Technology Group Co.Ltd(300272) plans to invest 101 million yuan, and the shareholding ratio will increase from 6.57% to 11.82% after the capital increase.
