With regard to the announcement on determining the remuneration of current directors, supervisors and senior managers, the company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
Fujian Ideal Jewellery Industrial Co.Ltd(002740) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the second meeting of the Fifth Board of directors and the second meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors respectively on December 31, 2021, and deliberated and adopted matters on determining the remuneration of current directors, supervisors and senior managers. The remuneration scheme for directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company is as follows:

Directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company.
2、 Compensation scheme
1. Directors’ remuneration
(1) The remuneration of chairman Li Yong, vice chairman and President Chen Maosen is RMB 500000 / year (before tax), of which the basic salary is 80% and the performance salary is 20%. Non independent directors who concurrently hold other positions in the company shall be paid according to their concurrent positions, and the company shall not set up allowance for non independent directors.
(2) The company pays monthly allowance to independent directors in the form of fixed allowance, and the allowance standard is RMB 96000 / year (before tax).
2. Remuneration of supervisors
According to the actual work position of the supervisor in the company, the corresponding salary shall be paid monthly without additional supervisor allowance.
3. Executive compensation
The salaries of Bao Junfang (chief financial officer) and Zhang Yong (secretary of the board of directors) other senior managers except Mr. Chen Maosen, President of the company, are RMB 480000 / year (before tax), of which the basic salary is 80% and the performance salary is 20%.
3、 Other instructions
1. If the above directors, supervisors and senior managers have overlapping positions, they will not receive repeated remuneration, and the positions with higher remuneration shall prevail.
2. If the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company leave their posts due to change of office, re-election, resignation during their term of office and other reasons, their remuneration or allowances shall be calculated and paid according to their actual term of office.
3. The remuneration scheme of the above directors (including independent directors) and supervisors shall not take effect until it is deliberated and approved by the general meeting of shareholders of the company. The remuneration scheme of Bao Junfang, the senior manager of the company, shall take effect after it is deliberated and approved at the second meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company.
