The specific conditions are as follows:
In order to meet the needs of the company’s operation, management and development, broaden financing channels, ensure that the company can use funds in time and quickly according to actual needs, and improve fund management efficiency and efficiency, the company (including subsidiaries) plans to add Bank Of Beijing Co.Ltd(601169) Changsha branch as a cooperative bank, and apply to Bank Of Beijing Co.Ltd(601169) Changsha branch for a comprehensive credit line of 100 million yuan; It is proposed to renew the application for a comprehensive credit line of 250 million yuan from China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) Changsha branch; It is proposed to renew the application for a comprehensive credit line of 70 million yuan from Bank Of Communications Co.Ltd(601328) Hunan Branch.
The above credit lines (i.e. the maximum amount of the sum of the principal balance of continuous and revolving loans, trade financing, e-commerce acceptance bill guarantee, letter of guarantee, letter E pool and other credit lines within the authorization period) shall be valid for no more than 3 years from the effective date of contract signing, and all are comprehensive credit lines.
