According to the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange yesterday, the Shanghai Stock Exchange decided to terminate the initial public offering of shares of Longteng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Longteng shares”) and review its listing on the science and innovation board.
On December 30, 2021, Longteng Co., Ltd. and the sponsor Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) submitted to the Shanghai stock exchange the application of Longteng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. for withdrawing the application documents for IPO and listing on the science and Innovation Board (Longteng han zi [2021] No. 016) and the application of Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) for withdrawing the application documents for IPO and listing on the science and Innovation Board (Guoxin Investment Bank [2021]) No. 245), application for withdrawal of application documents. According to the relevant provisions of Article 67 of the examination rules for the issuance and listing of shares on the science and Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Shanghai Stock Exchange decided to terminate the examination of Longteng’s initial public offering and listing on the science and innovation board.
Longteng Co., Ltd. is a design enterprise in the semiconductor industry. Its main business is the R & D, design and sales of power device products based on power MOSFET, and provides system solutions for customers. At present, the company’s products cover the main categories of power MOSFET discrete devices, forming four product platforms: superjunction MOSFET, planar MOSFET, shielded gate grooved MOSFET and grooved MOSFET, which are widely used in civil fields such as LED lighting drive, power adapter, TV board, battery management system, communication power supply, military special power supply and other military fields.
Longteng originally planned to issue no more than 37.5 million shares to the public. Longteng originally planned to raise 1.180 billion yuan for the 8-inch power semiconductor manufacturing project (phase I).
The sponsor of this issuance of Longteng shares is Guosen Securities Co.Ltd(002736) , and the sponsor representatives are Sun Tao and Shen Jieni.
