The CTS duty-free complex project of Guangzhou north railway station covers a total area of about 90000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 600000 square meters, and the total investment is expected to be 13.6 billion yuan, including duty-free mall, outlets mall, one office tower, two commercial towers and some public supporting facilities.

In April this year, China travel investment under China Tourism Group successfully photographed the project land. The project is a one-stop tax-free complex project jointly built by China Tourism Group and Guangzhou municipal government.
The project is located at the back door of Guangzhou North Station in Huadu District, about 10km from Baiyun International Airport and 28km from Guangzhou municipal government. The west side of the plot is seamlessly connected with Guangzhou north station, integrating “aviation, railway, rail transit and highway” and connecting the Pan Pearl River Delta. It is the only way for air rail transfer.
