The daily related party transactions of the company in 2021 exceeded the expected amount, and the excess part was the daily related party transactions of the company and its holding subsidiaries to purchase goods from related parties and carry out deposit business, which were necessary for the production and operation of the company. They were carried out on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, did not lead to the occupation of funds, did not damage the interests of the company and all shareholders, and did not affect the independence of the company, It will not adversely affect the current and future financial status and operating results of the company. We agree to submit the proposal on reviewing and confirming the excess of daily connected transactions in 2021 to the board of directors of the company for deliberation.
