Audit opinions of the audit committee of the board of directors on employing an accounting firm as a member of the audit committee of the board of directors of China United Network Communications Limited(600050) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), we fully communicated with the management before the company submitted the proposal on employing an accounting firm to the 11th meeting of the seventh board of directors, and discussed the basic information of Deloitte Huayong We have fully understood and reviewed the relevant certification documents, business scale, personnel information, professional competence, investor protection ability, independence and integrity, and believe that Deloitte Huayong has the relevant business audit qualification and can meet the audit needs of the company. The audit committee recommended that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu be employed as the accounting firm of the company in 2022, and agreed to submit the proposal to the board of directors for deliberation.
