Hubei Shuanghuan Science And Technology Stock Co.Ltd(000707) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Zhou Wenjie, a director of the company. Mr. Zhou Wenjie applied for resignation as a director of the 10th board of directors of the company due to work arrangement. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Zhou Wenjie’s resignation will not cause the number of members of the company’s board of directors to be lower than the minimum quorum and will not affect the normal operation of the company’s board of directors.
