China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co.Ltd(001979) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and approved the proposal on the general authorization of the company to issue bond products at the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders, agreed to give the general authorization of the board of directors to issue bond products, and agreed that the board of directors further authorized the general manager of the company and its authorized persons to implement it.
1、 The registration of medium-term notes and the issuance under the notice of acceptance of registration
The company has received the notice of acceptance of registration (zsxzz [2022] mtn32) issued by Bank Of China Limited(601988) inter market dealers association and agreed to accept the registration of the company’s medium-term notes. The cumulative registered amount is 3 billion yuan and the validity period of the registered amount is 2 years.
