The notice of the meeting will be delivered by email, SMS and other means on March 2, 2022. 9 directors should attend the meeting, and 9 actually attended the meeting; Supervisors and senior managers of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The real estate under the name of the company is used as mortgage guarantee, and the company’s subsidiaries Guangdong Nanfeng Investment Co., Ltd. and Foshan Nanfang Fan Equipment Co., Ltd. provide joint and several liability guarantee.
