In the keynote speech, Guan Xiaofeng analyzed the legal issues of digital property ownership. He said that digital property is a tradable property formed by online information value, including all virtual properties that can be traded, online unique business reputation, game equipment, game segment honor, etc. At present, there are some provisions on digital property rights in the civil code, some provisions in the personal information protection law and some administrative regulations, which are not systematic. At present, we must be prepared for danger in times of peace, take precautions against the concentration of digital property, and limit artificial intelligence to the scope of auxiliary people’s labor; At the same time, leave an interface in the existing legal system to prepare for the great changes in the digital currency legal system in the future. Taking the meta universe as an example, the meta universe is a world where virtual and reality meet. The meta universe can make people indulge in the virtual environment and realize their dreams. Although the meta universe can make people’s labor transition from the virtual world to the real world and realize the value of labor in the real world, it should be prevented from being unable to extricate themselves in the virtual world. Therefore, there must be a legal mechanism to standardize the meta universe system and improve the supervision of the platform.
