Recently, the reporter learned from Guangzhou railway group that in 2021, the development momentum of China Europe trains in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan district is strong, the supply categories are rich, the number of branches is growing rapidly, and the radiation area is expanding. A total of 385 China Europe trains were operated in Dawan District throughout the year, with a cumulative delivery of more than 203000 tons of epidemic prevention materials, livelihood materials and industrial chain materials. The number of trains has reached a new record, with an average of at least one train per day.
This year, China Europe trains in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao have continued to achieve high-quality development, and the number of operating lines has increased to 18, providing a stable transportation guarantee for meeting the production and living needs of countries along the line in the post epidemic period. One belt, one road, is also responsible for the fight against the epidemic and the safety of the people of the countries along the border. It has contributed a lot to the revitalization of the economy in the “one belt” Asian European countries. Since this year, the China Europe train in Dawan district has transported 35.24 million pieces of epidemic prevention materials such as masks, drugs and disinfection supplies, totaling 246700 tons.
In terms of service optimization, the railway department has done practical things and solved problems for customers, continuously improved the transportation organization mode, simplified the acceptance process, and further improved the transportation efficiency of China Europe trains. In May this year, the centralized prepayment management system was started at each site under the management. The prepayment deposited by customers into their account can directly offset the transportation, leasing and other expenses incurred at other sites under the management of the group, further simplifying the customer remittance process. In view of the rapid increase of cross-border e-commerce goods transportation at the China Europe train shipping station under the management, the security inspection personnel are arranged to go to the security inspection point of the customs supervision warehouse for unpacking inspection, eliminating the secondary inspection procedures during loading, saving time and cost for customers and ensuring the transportation timeliness of China Europe trains. This series of new measures provide higher quality transportation and supply services for local foreign trade enterprises to enter the Asian and European markets.
Entering the peak period of freight shipment at the end of the year, the demand for China Europe train transportation continued to be strong, but due to the repeated epidemic in the port station area, the handover capacity of some exit stations such as Manzhouli decreased. The railway department has taken positive measures to scientifically allocate port capacity and China Europe train transportation lines, never stop operation or limit loading, and actively cooperated with local departments to strengthen epidemic prevention and control, effectively blocking the spread of overseas epidemic through imported goods, providing sufficient transport capacity support for the continuous loading of China Europe trains.
At present, Guangzhou Dalang and Dongguan Shilong operate at least two trains per week. The increment of Shenzhen Pinghu e-commerce trains is rapid, and three trains per week have been normalized. Guangzhou Xiayuan and Dongguan Changping maintain a stable operation frequency of one train per week. The number of China Europe trains in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen increased by 117% year-on-year in December.
