Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Holdings Co.Ltd(002044) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on foreign investment of subordinate subsidiaries, waiver of preemptive rights and preemptive rights of partial joint stock companies and related party transactions at the 35th (Interim) meeting of the seventh board of directors held on September 29, 2021 and the sixth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 15, 2021, It is agreed that the subsidiaries of the company will invest abroad and give up the preemptive right and preemptive right of some joint-stock companies, with an amount not exceeding RMB 910 million.
