It was announced on the 28th that camel new energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a contract with Three Gorges Energy Management Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Three Gorges electric energy. Three Gorges Energy Management Engineering Co., Ltd. purchased 15MW / 30mwh energy storage system and 10MW / 20mwh energy storage system from camel New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
This is the specific implementation of the early cooperation plan between Camel Group Co.Ltd(601311) and the Three Gorges power. In October this year, the two sides signed the cooperation agreement on photovoltaic and energy storage projects. It was agreed that during the “14th five year plan” period, the Three Gorges electric energy will install no less than 150MW distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities and supporting no less than 100mwh energy storage facilities for its subsidiaries nationwide in stages. At the same time, the Three Gorges electric energy capacity will strive to invest 900mwh energy storage projects in Hubei Province during this period, Camel Group Co.Ltd(601311) provide energy storage EPC services within the scope of cooperation for the Three Gorges power.
On December 10, Xiangyang Zhongsheng, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Three Gorges power, signed the EMC contract for distributed photovoltaic power station project with four subsidiaries of Camel Group Co.Ltd(601311) – Camel group Xiangyang Battery Co., Ltd., camel group new energy battery Co., Ltd., camel group Huazhong Battery Co., Ltd. and Hubei chukai Metallurgy Co., Ltd, Xiangyang Zhongsheng invests in the construction, management and operation of distributed roof photovoltaic power generation projects in the above four subsidiaries. On the same day, Xiangyang Zhongsheng also signed the investment and operation management contract of energy storage power station with camel group Xiangyang Battery Co., Ltd. and camel group Huazhong Battery Co., Ltd. respectively. The two sides cooperated to develop energy storage power station, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and utilization by implementing power demand side management, improving power quality, effectively stabilizing load fluctuation and realizing peak shaving and valley filling.
Camel Group Co.Ltd(601311) announced that if the above business contracts are successfully performed, it will effectively promote the development of the company’s new energy storage business and help the company build a green, low-carbon and energy-saving enterprise. The two sides will make full use of their respective resource advantages, gradually promote and implement, and strive to jointly complete no less than 150MW distributed photovoltaic projects and no less than 1GWh energy storage projects by 2025.
