3、 Main contents of the guarantee agreement

Guaranteed: Guangdong Jianlang Building Materials Sales Co., Ltd
Creditor: Dongguan branch of Zhuhai China Resources Bank Co., Ltd
Guarantee amount: no more than RMB 100 million
