1、 Statement on change of Certified Public Accountant
As the company’s audit institution in 2021, Dahua originally appointed Wang Shan as the signing certified public accountant to provide audit services for the company. In view of Wang Shan’s resignation from Dahua, Zhao Xi is hereby appointed as the signing certified public accountant to be responsible for the audit of the company’s financial statements and internal control assurance in 2021 and continue to complete relevant work. This change will not affect the relevant work arrangements. The relevant work arrangements have been handed over in an orderly manner during the change process. The changes will not have an adverse impact on the company’s 2021 financial statement audit and internal control assurance.
