Announcement on resignation of supervisors of the company

Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation(000506) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Ms. Wang Na, the supervisor of the company. Ms. Wang Na applied to resign from the post of non employee representative supervisor of the company for personal reasons. After resigning from the post of non employee representative supervisor, she will not take up other duties of the company and its subsidiaries. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Wang Na did not hold the company’s shares, and there were no commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled.
Ms. Wang Na’s resignation will cause the members of the board of supervisors of the company to be lower than the minimum quorum. According to the requirements of the company law, the articles of association and other relevant laws and regulations, Ms. Wang Na will continue to perform the duties of the company’s supervisor before the new supervisor is elected at the general meeting of the company. The resignation report will take effect after the new supervisor is elected at the general meeting of the company. The company will complete the election of new supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures.
