Announcement of resolutions of the 5th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors

Zhejiang Feida Enviromental Science & Technology Co.Ltd(600526) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the fifth meeting of the eighth board of supervisors was notified by e-mail on March 2, 2022 and held by means of communication voting on March 4, 2022. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The convening procedure of this meeting complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association.
1、 The proposal on by election of supervisors of the eighth board of supervisors was deliberated and adopted.
In view of Mr. Huang Bo’s application for resignation as a supervisor of the company due to job change, the meeting decided to add Mr. Li Chaohong as the supervisor candidate of the eighth board of supervisors of the company. The term of office of the supervisor is until the expiration of the current board of supervisors and submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
Resume of Mr. Li Chaohong: born in May 1978, Party member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor degree, started working in July 2000, and now serves as the supervisor of the supervisor service center of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company.
Mr. Li Chaohong is not allowed to be nominated as a supervisor of a listed company as listed in article 3.2.2 of the guidelines for self regulation and supervision of listed companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation.
Mr. Li Chaohong does not hold shares of the company.
This proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.

The number of consent votes accounted for 100% of the number of supervisors attending the meeting.
2、 The proposal of the company on changing the commitment of controlling shareholders to avoid horizontal competition was deliberated and adopted.

This proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
