Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission released the “key project plan for the integrated development of Anhui provincial governor’s triangle in 2022” on the 28th. According to the plan, this year, the province will implement 163 major projects focusing on 8 aspects such as regional coordinated development, scientific and technological innovation and infrastructure, with a total investment of more than 1.2 trillion yuan (RMB, the same below), of which 93 projects will be included in the annual key work of China’s national Yangtze River Delta integration development.
In recent years, Anhui has made new progress in promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta by closely following the two key words of integration and high quality. In order to promote the implementation of the project, Anhui has strengthened the connection with the long-term plan, formulated the annual list of key projects, established the database of key projects for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and implemented regular scheduling, wall chart operation and promotion of the implementation of key projects with implementation basis within the year.
During the 14th Five Year Plan period, Anhui Province planned more than 1300 major projects for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta in 43 categories covering 8 major fields, including scientific and technological industry innovation, urban-rural integration and development, infrastructure connectivity and convenient sharing of public services, with a total investment of about 8 trillion yuan.
According to the relevant person in charge of Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in 2022, Anhui will focus on key areas such as Hefei metropolitan area, industrial transfer agglomeration area in Northern Anhui, industrial transfer demonstration area in Wanjiang urban belt, Dabie mountain old revolutionary area in Western Anhui, international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui and new functional areas in inter provincial adjacent areas, and implement major policies and measures, major issues “Three lists” of major projects.
Among them, major issues include the implementation of pairing cooperation between Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang cities to help cities in Northern Anhui, promoting the construction of scientific and technological innovation community in the Yangtze River Delta, implementing the action of industrial chain supplement and chain strengthening, promoting the construction of “Yangtze River Delta on track”, “water Yangtze River Delta” and “digital Yangtze River Delta”, strengthening in-depth cooperation with Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang educational and medical institutions, promoting real-time settlement of remote medical insurance, etc.
It is understood that in 2021, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang invested in nearly 4200 projects under construction in Anhui with more than 100 million yuan, and the actual funds in place exceeded 900 billion yuan, accounting for more than 50% of the investment projects under construction outside Anhui Province.
