The reporter learned that the four cities have jointly signed a cooperation agreement on promoting the co urbanization of credit and jointly building a “credit metropolitan area”, so as to further promote the construction of Chengde Meizi social credit system.
According to the agreement, in the future, the four cities of Chengde Meizi will carry out credit cooperation from the aspects of sharing credit information, jointly making credit reports and jointly promoting joint rewards and punishments, and explore the establishment of Chengde Meizi’s “credit co urbanization” with “credit synergy and co governance” as the core.
In order to accelerate the co construction of “credit metropolitan area”, the four cities will jointly study and formulate unified data exchange standards and unified credit information sharing and supervision mechanism; Jointly formulate credit report format norms and establish a credit report sharing and mutual recognition mechanism; Jointly formulate credit reward and punishment catalogue list, etc.
It is reported that the four cities will also establish a joint meeting system and hold a special meeting on the construction of “credit metropolitan area” every year to accelerate the formation of a pattern of credit cooperation and sharing.
