China International Marine Containers (Group) Co.Ltd(000039) announced that ten enterprises, including CIMC offshore engineering and China Cssc Holdings Limited(600150) , a wholly-owned holding subsidiary of the company, plan to jointly invest in the establishment of China Offshore Engineering Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China offshore engineering technology”), with a registered capital of 20 billion yuan. China Cssc Holdings Limited(600150) invested 3.8 billion yuan in cash, holding 19%, and CIMC offshore engineering and other joint-stock companies invested 1.8 billion yuan in cash, holding 9%.
