Announcement on the election of employee representative supervisors of the Fourth Board of supervisors
The company and all members of the board of supervisors guarantee that the contents of the announcement are true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
In view of the change of the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, in order to improve the corporate governance structure and ensure the effective decision-making and stable development of the company, the board of supervisors of the company shall hold a general election in advance. On December 22, 2021, after the democratic election of the company’s first employee congress in 2021, it was decided to elect Ms. Liu langmei as the employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company, and form the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company together with the non employee representative supervisors elected by the fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021. The term of office is three years from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders.

Resume of Employee Representative Supervisor
Ms. Liu langmei, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, was born in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree. Once worked in Shenzhen Mahong certified public accountants. He joined the company in February 2011 and is now the general manager and employee supervisor of the accounting department of the company’s financial management center.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Liu langmei does not hold shares of the company and has no relationship with the actual controller of the company, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares of the company, other directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company. Ms. Liu langmei’s qualifications comply with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, there is no punishment by the CSRC and other relevant departments or the stock exchange, and there is no article 3.2 of the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange 3. After inquiry on the website of the Supreme People’s court, Ms. Liu langmei does not belong to the “dishonest executee”.
