The board of supervisors of Fujian Snowman Co.Ltd(002639) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received an application for resignation from the employee representative supervisor Wang Qinglong. Mr. Wang Qinglong applied for resignation from his position as the employee representative supervisor due to job adjustment.
