Zhidan lvneng oil and Gas Technology Service Co., Ltd. is a company integrating comprehensive development and technical services of oil and associated gas. It is also the first batch of settled enterprises introduced by Zhidan Industrial Park in accordance with the requirements of “high-end technology, green energy saving”. The company follows the high-end chemical route of “triene, triphenyl and carbon neutralization”. At present, there are 35 associated gas light hydrocarbon recovery skid mounted stations, and the annual processing and recovery associated gas volume reaches 216 million cubic meters. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, with a cumulative annual sales revenue of 510 million yuan and a profit and tax payment of 9.8 million yuan.
Hu Huixia, deputy general manager of Zhidan lvneng oil and Gas Technology Service Co., Ltd., said that according to the overall planning and high-quality development concept of Zhidan Industrial Park, the company plans to launch the associated gas deep processing and comprehensive utilization project, which will be implemented in three phases. The total investment of the project is about 7 billion yuan. It is expected to be put into operation in 2023, and the sales revenue will be nearly 6 billion yuan. Including high-end chemicals, high-performance materials and hydrogen energy, it will not only realize the comprehensive utilization of resources such as C2, C3, C4 and coal based crude benzene, but also drive the sound development of downstream industries in Zhidan chemical park.
Yan’an xinwoda Natural Gas Co., Ltd. is also a key investment attraction enterprise in Zhidan Industrial Park, mainly engaged in the production and sales of liquefied natural gas. Lu Wulong, general manager of new Voda, said that the company will actively explore the development of industrial chain, accelerate the construction of phase II project, especially the follow-up bog helium extraction project, deeply extract trace helium from natural gas, and produce liquefied natural gas on a large scale, so as to realize energy diversification, high-end and low-carbon development.
Wang Zhongxiang, director of the Management Committee of Zhidan Industrial Park, said that Zhidan Industrial Park is not only the main position for Zhidan economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation, but also an important growth pole for county economic development in the future. Today, 26 enterprises have settled in the park, and high-end equipment manufacturing industry, new material industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry and emerging industries are advancing together. In 2020, the industrial output value will reach 3 billion yuan and more than 3000 people will be employed. According to the development direction of green and low carbon, the park will continue to promote the transformation and upgrading of associated gas comprehensive utilization industry, accelerate the pace of industrial construction, highlight the role of science and technology, strive to achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, and play the role of main engine, main battlefield and main carrier to promote the high-quality development of Zhidan.
