The three opened a Taobao store registered under the name Leng in Wuxi, selling fake glue labeled loctite. Initially, after receiving the order, the three people will contact the man Ding and ask Ding to deliver the goods directly to the buyer. The three people will get a commission from it.
In June 2018, ah Zhu and a Feng went to Guangdong together. Leng used Taobao store to operate alone.
After the business became bigger and bigger, Leng opened three Taobao stores called "XX glue wholesale", "XX industrial glue wholesale" and "XX industrial glue supermarket" to sell various types of "imported" loctite glue. The price was less than half of the price of genuine products, and the profit was 50%.
After May 2019, in order to seek higher profits, Leng is no longer limited to purchasing and begins to "assemble" products by himself. The raw materials, glue bottles and loctite labels for filling glue are purchased from different upstream channels. The raw material suppliers also supply the glue for filling one by one according to each model of genuine glue.
After the customer placed an order, Leng filled the corresponding products in the workshop, sealed the fake bottles, pasted the fake labels, and delivered the goods to complete the transaction.
It was confirmed with Henkel that the loctite glue sold by lengmou in three online stores was not officially authorized.
