In order to solve the problems that the business department needs to answer business consultation and pre-trial materials for the people working at the window in practical work, the hall has enabled the "government enterprise face-to-face" video system to build a real-time communication channel between the people working at the window, the service window and the approvers. This measure saves the people from running around, so that the working people can enjoy the real one-stop "warm heart" service in the "shell".
A "warm bee post station" has been set up in the waiting area hall. The post station is equipped with water dispenser, charging station, umbrella rack, shoe polishing machine, convenient medicine box, small bookshelf and other convenient materials. It provides warm services such as tea supply, mobile phone charging, reading and learning for the express delivery brother. "In the past, when delivery was very tired, we could only take a nap in the car. Now it's much more convenient. We can come in for a glass of water, read books, and charge our mobile phone. Thank the street office hall for providing us with such a convenient rest place!" A delivery boy resting at the "warm bee post station" exclaimed.
Shekou government affairs service hall is also strongly associated with the trade union staff service center to provide one-stop warm-hearted services for residents. Two new windows are set up, which are stationed by the professional chemical authors of the trade union to provide residents with trade union membership cards, handle labor disputes and trade union related businesses.
