Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Co.Ltd(002737) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) organized and held the employee congress on March 3, 2022. In view of Mr. Liu Baodong’s resignation as the employee representative supervisor of the company, Ms. LAN Fen was elected as the employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company by voting of the employee representatives present at the meeting, and her term of office expires on the expiration of the current board of supervisors.
It is hereby resolved.
