1、 Main business conditions
In 2021, the company thoroughly implemented the business strategy of “triple, two major and two excellent”, and the development trend was stable and good. Intensively connect with key projects, important regions and major markets, and the scale of highway projects returns to the first place in China. The industrial chain and value chain of urban construction have been continuously improved, the integration capacity of industry and city has been continuously improved, the status of the national team for the construction of “big transportation” and the main force for the development of “big city” has been further strengthened, and the leading position of river, Lake and sea business has been continuously consolidated. In 2021, the newly signed contract amount of the company was 1267912 billion yuan, an increase of 18.85% year-on-year, and 108% of the annual target was achieved (calculated as an increase of 10% based on the newly signed contract amount of 1066799 billion yuan in 2020). Among them, infrastructure construction business, infrastructure design business, dredging business and other businesses were 1125368 billion yuan, 44.508 billion yuan, 87.301 billion yuan and 10.735 billion yuan respectively. The increase of newly signed contract amount mainly comes from the increase of investment and construction demand in urban comprehensive development, municipal engineering, housing construction, roads and bridges, rail transit and other project fields.
