The signing ceremony of Shanghai hydrogen energy support base project was successfully held in Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone on March 1. At the signing ceremony, Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone Investment Industrial Company, Air Liquide China and Shanghai Shenneng Chuang energy development company signed an investment agreement with Shanghai chemical industry zone to establish a tripartite joint venture in the park and invest in the construction of hydrogen energy support base project. The phase I project plans to invest 180 million yuan to build a hydrogen filling center with a daily filling capacity of 24 tons. Phase II plans to build hydrogen liquefaction and filling devices.
It is reported that the Shanghai hydrogen energy support base project will make full use of and integrate the by-product hydrogen resources in the park, provide guarantee for the construction of fuel cell vehicle demonstration and application urban agglomeration in Shanghai, and strongly support the high-quality development of Shanghai hydrogen energy industry.
Liu Ping, deputy director of Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, attended and delivered a speech. Liu Ping said that Shanghai is an important source of hydrogen energy and fuel cell industrialization in China, and the development of fuel cell vehicle industry is in a leading position in the country. Shanghai will focus on the following work directions to promote the high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry. Strengthen the positioning of top-level design. Strengthen the positioning of the hydrogen energy industry of the chemical industry zone as "deeply ploughing the park, leading Shanghai, radiating the Yangtze River Delta and facing the whole country", and improve the urban energy level and core competitiveness of Shanghai. Strengthen regional coordination. Strengthen the complementarity and dislocation between the chemical industry zone and Baoshan, Jiading, Qingpu and Lingang, and build a high-quality development pattern of Shanghai hydrogen energy industry. Promote the integrated development of innovation. Promote the coordinated development of chemical production and hydrogen energy supply, promote the integration of hydrogen energy and strategic emerging industries, break through the "neck" link, develop and build an intelligent management platform for hydrogen resources, and improve the level of industrial development. Actively promote demonstration application. Fully implement the first batch of national fuel cell vehicle demonstration and application city clusters, further improve the hydrogen energy industry support policies, promote the cooperation between upstream and downstream industrial chains to carry out demonstration and application, accelerate the layout of 70MPa hydrogen refueling stations, and encourage the pilot of hydrogen production in hydrogen refueling stations.
